I manage the entire print production process and budget from concept through execution for all LOFT and Lou & Grey store marketing initiatives, including custom visual window displays, props, and special events. In collaboration with Marketing, Visual, and Creative teams, I produce both large and small format marketing materials, as well as 2D and 3D custom displays, ensuring all elements are delivered on time, within budget, and in pristine condition. I source vendors and materials, build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally, route proofs, provide feedback, and secure approvals on samples and prototypes. I closely track seasonal schedules, weekly calendars, and daily production timelines, while triple bidding projects, negotiating costs, issuing purchase orders, and reconciling budgets. Additionally, I lead process improvements that enhance communication and efficiency across cross-functional teams, while managing Production Associates, an Install Project Manager, and a network of vendors.
