PRINT PRODUCTION
I collaborate with Creative Directors, Marketers and Creative Designers to produce large and small format graphics, packaging, direct mailers and more. As a Production Manager, I source vendors and materials, release files, prototype samples, color correct imagery, triple bid estimates, negotiate costs, manage and reconcile budgets, write PO’s, track schedules and ensure elements arrive on time, undamaged and within budget.

When bringing this catalogue to life, my role was to oversee the Chewy Studios Production team and provide support on set, from wrangling pets to product for our Producers.
